Voice Data: Audio recordings of customer calls processed by our AI engines (Ollama/Whisper).
Usage Data: Technical logs and Interaction history.

All data processing is conducted in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Voice data is stored on encrypted servers in Switzerland. We use industry-standard TLS encryption for all data transmissions.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by Stripe and TWINT. We do not store your credit card or banking information on our servers. Their privacy policies apply to all payment interactions.
