Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (TOS) govern the agreement between Swiss AI Desk and its customers for the provision of AI-driven voice intelligence services.

The Swiss AI Desk platform provides multilingual AI voice answering services and customer interaction tools. The specific scope of service is determined by the selected subscription plan.

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT (where applicable).

We support multiple payment methods including Credit Cards and TWINT. Payments are processed securely via our Payment Service Provider (PSP).

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime and high accuracy, AI voice systems are non-deterministic. Swiss AI Desk assumes no liability for errors in voice processing or data loss resulting from third-party outages.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction is Biel.
